A Second World War Living History camp in Normandy for the June 2004 commemorations
Under the title of GOLD BEACH 60 YEARS ON the organisers' website gives full detail of activities past and proposed but we take the opportunity here to illustrate the involvement of our Rally Representative (South) Michael J. Buckley, M1CCF - RSARS 391 by way of these photographs kindly donated by him.
This was a live operation back to the UK using the vintage equipment.
