One of the top web sites on the subject - designed and maintained by Joanne Mackenzie-Winters the "overseas" proprietor of WINFORCE UK - and which has become an International reference work used by tourists, students and the media alike. Her PORTFOLIO of clients and websites designed by her is a wealth of information in its own right.

Also designed and maintained by Joanne Mackenzie-Winters - mentioned because it was the very first Tourist site for Melton Borough Council - before the "strong blood called from the Hebrides". The site hosts AOL closed this facility when Internet became more popular and Local Authorities more aware of the medium and formed their own IT departments.

The web site of the Borough's TWINNING ASSOCIATION of which Richard Winters was a Founder Member, the designer of the site and the original Web Master. There is much historicinformation displayed on this now archived site relative to each of the areas with which Melton has had twinning links along with many photographs but unfortunately there is much lethargy in the pursuit.

One web presence which carries some information on the local AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY - this by Richard Winters, G3NVK, a Founder Member in 1958 and current Secretary/Treasurer. Under the heading of LINKS on the WINFORCE UK site is a detailed record covering the 62 years of amateur radio in the area starting in 1938 and coming to the end of the twentieth century, including the Service history of Mr. Winters with Royal Signals in the UK and at |Belsen, Germany.

The new Christian Book Shop, opened in the Summer of 2001 by Martyn Stokes whose presence on the WINFORCE UK web site was designed and hosted by Richard Winters - the shop closed later when Mr. Stokes moved into the Funeral Directors and Undertakers business locally.

This site was designed by and is maintained by Richard Winters, G3NVK, a Life Vice-President and Member of Council of the ROYAL SIGNALS AMATEUR RADIO SOCIETY as well as Editor of its Journal "MERCURY". He is the Principal of WINFORCE UK and served with the Corps in the late 1940's.

This site is dedicated to the famous British Agent who was shot by the Gestapo at Ravensbrück Concentration Camp. The site was designed by and is maintained by Richard Winters, a proprietor of WINFORCE UK to further publicise the Museum which is located at Wormelow, near Hereford.

Michaela Kelly a local artist of undoubted talent, specialising originally in equestrian oil paintings she has extended her répertoire to include trains, cars, 'planes, Inn and house signs, trompe l'œil, pets and other animals. At her request the website was closed some years ago.

Steve Newham and his wife Karen are local people and set-up a School of Driving which skilfully caters for all fields of driving and safety, including Theory & Learner Training, Refresher Courses, Specialist Motorway Tuition and "Pass Plus" - the sole proprietor is now Steve himself.

Another virtually charitable activity by us as a family and directed by Richard Winters - this time supporting the countryside, its residents, tradespeople, farmers and the ecology and heritage and fox hunting, particularly the Belvoir Hunt.
